One of the lies I used to believe, when it comes to teachers, is, “If I don’t subscribe to this or read that or do this, I’m going to be behind everyone else. I won’t know what’s going on, I won’t be able to write correctly, and I’ll miss out on the newest and latest and best.” Thankfully, I was eventually able to see all this “learning” was just devouring my time and making me less productive. I now limit my learning to only a few, keeping myself open to their recommendations and knowing that the others are always there, if I ever need to look up their expertise.
Thank you, both, for another 5 star podcast!
Super again. I needed to hear all three. Especially about when to write . I’m bogged down w/ EBA currently and felt like that needed to come first in the day. But I’m going to switch to writing first, then EBA after lunch to do my more creative stuff when it’s best for me. Also, I feel so behind all the time – enrolled in too many half- finished courses! And I AM an empty nester – so then I feel Shame on Me all the time. Thanks and Now back to writing. (how much is Leverage? – I only see the discount code)
I meant, all four!
