Loved the look at this topic! I am a creative as far as writing, drawing, photography. But I do not see myself as a visionary at all. For me these are two very distinctive gifts and I only have the creative one. My strength in the collective is defiantly create. The serve comes next and build is my weakest link. Creativity does require discipline. It requires practice over and over till you master your technique.
