Karen Campbell
Karen Campbell loves books. As a young girl, she was a voracious reader and was fascinated with the book publishing process.
After receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree from Calvin College, with a focus on Rhetoric and Communications, she began her career in the publishing industry at Baker Publishing Group. From there, she moved on to Zondervan and served as their Director of Public Relations before moving on to start Karen Campbell Media, Inc. Throughout her 20 years in the publishing industry, she has had the privilege to work on 16 New York Times bestsellers and with several top-selling authors such as Philip Yancey, Lee Strobel, John Ortberg, President Jimmy Carter, Shane Claiborne, Karen Kingsbury, Lysa TerKeurst, J. Warner Wallace, John Stonestreet, Sen. Jim DeMint, Oliver North, Kirk Cousins, and dozens of others.In 2009, Karen was awarded the WMPRSA Gold PRoof Award for her work on the publicity campaign for Multiple Blessings by Jon and Kate Gosselin with Beth Carson. Karen considers building and maintaining relationships with media outlets essential.
